   تأسست شركة أدنوك للتوزيع عام 1973 كأول شركة مملوكة لحكومة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تتولى تسويق وتوزيع المنتجات والخدمات البترولية في دولة الإمارات على المستوى الإقليمي والعالمي. وباعتبارها إحدى أكبر الشركات البترولية وأكثرها إبتكارا في المنطقة، تحظى أدنوك للتوزيع بالشهرة والاحترام نتيجة الجودة الفائقة والثقة التي تتمتع بها منتجاتها وخدماتها من قبل العملاء.

تمتلك شركة أدنوك للتوزيع اليوم شبكة واسعة من محطات الخدمة، بالإضافة إلى متاجر واحة أدنوك، ومراكز "اوتوسيرف" لصيانة السيارات، ومراكز "سلامة" لفحص السيارات ومستودعات متعددة الاستخدامات لتخزين المنتجات ومستودعات وقود الطائرات. وينصب تركيزنا على المجالات الرئيسية التالية:

   ADNOC Distribution was established in 1973 as the first UAE Government-owned company specialised in marketing and distribution of petroleum products within the United Arab Emirates. One of the largest petroleum companies in the Arab Gulf Region, ADNOC Distribution operates a vast network of service stations and convenience stores. Its service stations are equipped with the most advanced technology for automated car wash and vacuuming, lube services and tyre repair, with Autocare services available in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, the Western Region and the Northern Emirates.

Aviation refuelling services commenced in 1982 at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. Today, ADNOC Distribution refuels more than 50 international airlines at Fujairah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah International Airports, as well as Al Bateen Airport.

In 1979, ADNOC Distribution commissioned a lubricant blending and packaging plant, which has developed to become one of the best such plants in the region. A range of new lubricants, based on the latest international specifications, are marketed locally, as well as being exported across the GCC and to selected locations in the Middle East, the Far East, Africa and Europe.

ADNOC Distribution has also invested extensively in state-of-the-art bunkering facilities at the Mina Zayed Port of Abu Dhabi to allow the refuelling of ships at the time of arrival and departure. The facility offers fuel oils delivered by pipelines, as well as gas and oil road tankers and ships.
